We invite you to submit an abstract of your work for consideration for presentation during the AIxMAT Conference. This is a perfect opportunity to share and discuss your research with the scientific community.

Two types of contributions are available: contributed oral presentations and poster presentations. Both require the submission of an abstract prepared according to the template and guidelines provided on this webpage.

Please note that the organisers will not publish conference proceedings. Only the book of abstracts will be made available for download on the conference website.

Important Dates

Abstract submission start: June 15, 2026
Abstract submission deadline: September 9, 2026
Notification of acceptance: September 16, 2026
Abstract collection round II (poster only)
Submission start: September 16, 2026
Submission deadline: October 29, 2026

Abstracts submitted after 29 October 2026 will not be evaluated and will not be considered for presentation during the AIxMAT conference.

Call for abstractsAbstract preparation guidelines

Every abstract submitted for review and publication on the conference webpage must follow the official workshop template and the guidelines provided therein.

What will you need to submit?

You will be asked to provide the following information:

Title of the contribution
Author information
Indication of the presenting author
Preferred presentation type: oral presentation or poster presentation (this applies only to the first round of the call for abstracts)

You will also need to upload a one-page A4 abstract for review and publication on the conference webpage. The abstract must be prepared as a PDF file and formatted according to the template provided below.

The abstract should include:

Title of the contribution
Authors and their affiliations
Contact email address
Description of the purpose of the work
Method(s)
Results
New or breakthrough work to be presented
Conclusions
Supporting images, tables, and/or figures, if applicable

Please prepare your submission according to the guidelines provided above.
You may submit more than one abstract, but each abstract should be submitted only once.
Submit your abstract using the abstract submission form – click here to open it (opens in a new tab).
If you would like to update or correct your abstract, please do not upload it again. Instead, contact the organisers by email at aixmat@candela.org.pl.
Please note that one person may present only one poster and/or one oral presentation during the conference.
