The Candela Foundation is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Act of April 4, 2019, on digital accessibility of public entities' websites and mobile applications.

This website is fully compliant with the annex to the Digital Accessibility Act of April 4, 2019, on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, which sets out the WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. The most recent review also covered the WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria, which the website meets as well.

The declaration was prepared based on a self-assessment carried out by OH! Studio on 2 September 2026, following the digital accessibility checklist published by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, no later than within 7 days of receiving it.

If this deadline is too short for us, we will inform you. In this message, we will specify a new deadline by which we will correct the reported issues or provide the information in an alternative way. This new deadline will not exceed 2 months.

If we are unable to provide digital accessibility for the website or content specified in your request, we will offer you an alternative way to access it.

Handling of requests and complaints related to accessibility

If we refuse to provide the requested digital accessibility in response to your request, and you do not agree with this decision, you have the right to file a complaint.

You also have the right to file a complaint if you do not agree to use the alternative access method that we proposed in response to your digital accessibility request.
